VELLUM ARCHIVE – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final

Vellum Archive offers a curated selection of rare and pre-owned designer pieces. As each item is unique, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days at client@vellumarchive.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product and cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

In accordance with Danish and EU law, customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel their online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, please email client@vellumarchive.com with your order number and intent to return.

Returned items must be:

In the same condition as received,

Unworn and unused,

With all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sale or discounted items,

Items purchased in person.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
