VELLUM ARCHIVE – SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or collection launches.
Shipping within Denmark

Standard shipping (GLS or DHL): 75 DKK — delivery in 1–2 business days

Express shipping: 115 DKK — next-day delivery where available

Free standard shipping on orders over 3,000 DKK
Shipping within Europe

Standard European shipping: 150 DKK — delivery in 3–6 business days

Shipped via GLS or DHL depending on destination.
We currently ship within the European Union and selected European countries only.
International shipping outside Europe is not available at this time.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped within the European Union include VAT and will not incur additional customs duties.
If you are located outside the EU (for example, Norway, Switzerland, or the UK), local customs fees or import duties may apply.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery delays
Vellum Archive is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at client@vellumarchive.com with your order number and details.
We will work with the carrier to locate or resolve the issue.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
